It is a good, heavy duty grill pan, and distributes heat well as with any lodge product. But the handles!!! They make me so mad, because they cut into the actual space that could be used for cooking, and expose part of the burner as a result. So if you accidentally flip a pancake too far over, that batter is going directly onto the burner.I HATE THE HANDLES SO MUCH!!!! I wish I had known they were included in the 20 inch space, or I would have gotten something else without handles. Because of how they sit directly on the burner, they can't even be used for their intended purpose. Such a crappy design.

We put this on our barbecue to cook our chicken and we love it. You cook the chicken very evenly. It is easy to clean and then I put it right back on the barbecue.

This is and American made product and it shows. It cost a little more but you can't beat the quality. In this case you get what you pay for.

This griddle came preseasoned and is very easy to clean. It fits perfectly over 2 burners on my range and also on my grill. The best part is it’s heavy enough that the heat distributes evenly across the whole surface. No hotspots!

I was only looking for the flat griddle for pressed burgers and fried eggs, and steaks. Tried the grill side and was not impressed what so ever, not easy to clean at all. So I only use the side I purchased it for. I have no complaints, wipes down easy, heats perfectly, and cooks evenly.
