The adjustable storage slots enable you to fit the unusually sized Heroclix figures with no trouble at all. You'll need a pair of scissors to cut out the slot dividers, which come all in an undivided line (specifically designed for the owner to cut the dividers out). I believe each tray holds about 24 normal, standard-sized Heroclix figures. So about 80 altogether (for normal, standard-sized Heroclix figures without any fancy flying effects or other things that make them taller than usual). I believe each tray holds about 16 of those taller, fancy flying effect-type Heroclix figures. So about 64 altogether.

As a previous reviewer posted, this is a great way to store and transport your HeroClix figures, especially as you can customize the slots to store somewhat larger base characters. Just a caviat however is that some taller figures that are "in flight" may not fit, but again you can customize by removing a row and lying the figures on their sides.

The individul\al trays are ok, though the dividers could sit better. Thhe red enclosure is warped....don't try to stack these, the top is weak.The pegboard that is supposed to be included for mounting is non existant.Not one of my better purchases.Edit: I lowered the rating on this. Once I put the dividers in, the latch didn't want to close. Seems you can only ues a few dividers before this occurs, so this really isn't as flexible as you're led to believe.I'm returning this.

It came in just a couple of days, was well packaged and looks awesome. Most of all, it has adjustable inserts so he can make the compartments the size he needs. He loved it. It can be either freestanding or mounted on peg board so win-win. Highly recommend this product.

These work great. I do wish it came with a handle like others I've had in the past, but a handle is easy enough to make with a couple pieces of paracord and a couple short pieces of pvc pipe.

Over recent years I have purchased 6 of these units to store tackle boxes on a shelf in garage alongside my boat. While I use them mostly for excess and backup tackle trays, "special" boxes are kept in some of them, so if I am going for a particular species of fish, I simply slide out the box with that tackle in it. It is a great product and a convenient way to story trays. I phoned Plano and suggested that they produce another model which would hold more of their thinner 3701 boxes, as I use that size for most of my "in bag" tackle storage. Quality of the product is excellent and I would recommend to anyone looking to create a more organized way of accessing small parts or tackle.

I mounted this on my wall in my studio next to my beading desk. I keep semi-precious gemstone beads and other jewelry findings such as chains, clasps, etc and it keeps them well organized and out of my way until I need them. When I need something I simply pull out one of the organizer drawers and get to work. It's very handy to have and I wish I had more.

This is the worst organizer I have ever owned, and I own a good 50 different type. If you want to throw your money away, buy this organizer. First of all, it came squeezed with a strap (see pictures) from the buyer, and has caused both physical damage to the red outer chassis and aesthetically, since the plastic has been bent. The bottom portion of the organizer is now bent inwards and causes the last organizer tray to go in and out very difficulty. Moreover, after assembling the organizer tray dividers, I realized they only send you half of the dividers that should really come with the product and from other local stores like Home Depot and other hardware stores (see picture). Finally, some of the dividers were received cracked (see picture)
