Although the product says that 6 pairs of shoes fit in each space, in my case they only fit 5. I placed it inside my closet and it occurred to me that if I put it upside down I could use the bottom for small shoes like sandals. So I was able to fir 15 pairs instead of just 10. It doesn't look very sturdy but it gets the job done

I bought the 2 tier shoe rack by this company last year and loved it. However I underestimated number of shoes so I recently received the 4 tier shoe rack by same company. Unfortunately 4 of the long poles are crushed at the end so they do not fit in the holes. I don't want to go to the effort of returning the entire package since I can use 3 of the shelves. I wish I had a contact at the company to just send me 4 poles. I would have rated this shoe rack a 5 but because of this I gave it 3. I don't wear shoes in the house so I keep this in the garage so I can leave my shoes at the door. Lightweight and easy to assemble.

Rack is lightweight, but that’s not as important as weight restriction per level and ease of assembly. It was frustrating. And the levels only hold 18 pounds. I have work boots that weigh 8 pounds. Not sturdy enough for all that weight.

This was easy to assemble but when you open the box you can see how cheap the product is. The slats are OK, the joints to keep the holder together are cheap plastic. I don't think it will hold up to the amount of shoes it holds. I wouldn't buy this again or recommend it to anyone.
