Planquez vos doigts, ce couteau est d'une redoutable efficacité ! C'est ce que je voulais, j'en avais marre des couteaux bas de gamme qui ne coupent même plus une frite après une première tranche de tomate ! Là c'est vraiment efficace !

I saw this knife recommended in a cooking magazine. It comes in 3 inch or 4 inch paring knife blades. I ordered the 4 inch. The knife is slim. Fits the hand well. The blade is thin and I use it for a lot of things. I do wish I would have ordered the 3 inch paring knife instead of the 4 inch. Perhaps I will later on. Great knife!

I think it's a little flimsy for the price. I also don't put it in the dishwasher and the edge is starting to rust. I've only had it a couple of months; not a great purchase. I thought something made in Germany would be better.
