Si sabes utilizar adecuadamente tu horno para hacer pizza, estas charolas funcionan de maravilla. No se queda pegado nada, la cocción es pareja y tienen un buen tamaño (ocho rebanadas pequeñas o cuatro enormes). Las puedes usar para hornear otro tipo de comida, por ejemplo, yo las he usado para hacer galletas. Es MUY IMPORANTE MENCIONAR LAS MEDIDAS, ya que yo las compré creyendo que medían de una forma y terminaron siendo más grandes, aunque no afectó su uso:-el diámetro interno es de 30 cm;-el diámetro externo es de 33 cm;-tomando en cuenta las dos asas que tiene, mide 36.5 cm de diámetro.No se me han deformado con la temperatura, pero como recomendación en general, a este tipo de utensilios hay que dejarlo enfriar antes de lavarlo, ya que si hay un cambio rápido de temperatura corres el riesgo de que se deforme. En fin, las recomiendo!

Tardó el llegar y hubo problemas con el envío, pero fue por el Covid-19 y porque lo enviaron por DHL. En cuanto su uso, hice ya mis pizzas medianas y quedaron crujientes y no sé pegaron. Buena compra.

Having used these pans in the past I can tell you that the quality of them breaks down over time because of staining and burning food. But if you clean them well and use parchment paper sometimes to keep the food off the surface directly you shouldn't have any problems for about a year or so; you get what you pay for.

Las charolas están muy bien, además cabe mencionar que por un precio sumamente razonable, lo único que diría es que debes ser cuidadoso al limpiarlas pues si usas detergente antigrasa lastimas la capa que evita que se pegue la masa, pero solo es cosa de tener cuidado con eso.En general las charolas súper bien y baratas. Recomendadas

I bought this pizza pan to replace a bigger pan that would not fit in the oven. This one fits perfectly. It has a great non stick coating, that makes baked foods slide right off. No need to coat with cooking spray. The pan is sturdy, heavy gauge construction, so it shouldn't warp when heated, unlike other more flimsy pans. The pan will discolor with use. This is normal.

Me gustó el material de la charola. Tiene en los extremos opuestos del borde uno poco mas de borde para poder agarrar la charola, ayuda bastante parara la manipulación cuando se saca del horno

Perfectas en tamaño para estufas caseras, porque entran las dos en una sola parrilla del horno, para profesionales, creo que deberían analizarlo. Es para pizzas de tamaño mediano, 8 rebanadas de buen tamaño y son antiadherentes, lo que facilita tremendamente el desmolde, pero abusados porque pueden caerse ya que no se adhieren nada.

I baked Pizza yesterday & I must say it's the best pizza pan I ever had. Quality is good & easy to clean. The above picture is taken after first use. No scrubbing needed to remove overflowed cheese stuck on pan. Intend to order again.
